Choose a service client. (Classes may vary).

Select your own flexible hours. (Requirement: service a minimum of 20 hours per week).
*Human Resources will contact you once you select a client to establish the intake process of all forms; such as, a 1099, and Direct Deposit paperwork. Payroll is processed twice per month on the 15th and 30th. A sub contract agreement is provided. We do not deduct taxes from your paycheck. If you have further tax questions, we have a partnership with, Global Accounting Solutions, that has agreed to provide our clients with services.
*All sub contractors must live in the United States of America. However, we do not have legal authorization to accept sub-contractors in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin States.

Upon completing the client selection process, you are required to install each application successfully. Arise offers a techinical support department to assist you with this process if you are unsuccessful installing the required applications before the beginning of the required training class. All PC's must be hardwired to the internet. WiFi is not accepted.
